Brody Merlot is an LA-based indie hip-hop artist and streetwear fashion creative director with Ohio roots. The California lifestyle has influenced his sound, and it permeates throughout his catalog. Brody Merlot earned his pseudonym due to his affinity for wine and unique street-prep style.
Influenced by Camron, Common, and Fabolous, he has projects with collaborations from Tanya Morgan, Eternia, and Dion Jenkins.
His latest offering, "Gift Of Determination (G.O.D.)," is entirely produced by Grammy award-winning SAL DALI; who is known for his work with Beyoncé, Black Thought, and Joey Bada$$. The two come together to organically revisit their authentic Hip-Hop niche while taking you on a spiritual journey.
Since the release, Merlot has developed his skills as a beat-maker and is now releasing self-produced singles for his upcoming project titled "VINO," while creating captivating visuals and content for 9LIVES Apparel.
